Sliding Folding Doors – Lincoln

You will be impressed by the slim sightlines and the sturdy feel of our Lincoln sliding folding doors! Expertly manufactured by us in Norfolk, our bespoke bifolds bring together many different desirable features of sliding folding doors for you!

At just 120mm the slim sightlines are so unobtrusive they maximise the glass area and minimise obstructions to your view, giving you the maximum light inside.  Whilst being slim, the doors are also strong, secure and durable, and they are so easy to open and close!

Large panels up to 1200mm wide can be manufactured, so that you can reduce the number of panels in a given opening width. This is generally our customers preferred visual option and also helps to keep the price down – always a winner! As we manufacture in house and keep aluminium profiles in stock we can usually offer very fast turnaround times on standard ocloured frames, with a typical lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks.

Designed with the desirable aesthetics and insulation requirements of a private home, yet still with the outstanding durability & the reliability required in commercial applications, the Lincoln has high security standards, with minimal maintenance and all our bifolds are fully guaranteed by us with the added protection of an independent insurance backed guarantee through IWA. Our sliding folding doors are a definite favourite with customers.

Lincoln Sliding Folding Doors are sure to add light and space to virtually any room in any home! They are versatile, strong and secure and can give you large opening spaces – perfect for children and / or entertaining!

  • Engineering grade high precision running rollers for a smooth easy opening & closing operation
  • Adjustable jamb profiles – for optimum performance with house movement & changes in temperature

  • Overall U Value as low as 1.4 W/m2k based on using a sealed unit with 1.0W/m2K centre pane
  • In-glazed Venetian blinds are available to effectively shade your room
  • Frame measures 81mm from front to back, fully thermally broken
  • Choose from a wide range of specialist ironmongery
  • Subtle magnetic panel catch to secure ‘pass doors’ when open
  • Unique concealed drainage system means there are no visible drainage caps

Security

  • Burglar-resistant – PAS24 security rated
  • Multi point hook locks ensures the door is strong & your home is secure
  • 5-point locking mechanism on master door within sliding folding door ‘runs’
  • In-line flat handles with steel shootbolt rods on intermediate panel junctions
  • Concealed gearing that cannot be seen or attacked when the door is closed
  • Internally beaded so that doors can only be glazed/deglazed from the inside
  • Glass specification upgrades (e.g. laminated glass) are available
