The OPTGlide is a great all-round aluminium sliding door system. With some really big panels available, whilst still keeping a visible sight-line of only 83mm, and all this within a sensible budget!
Panels can be made in excess of 2 metres wide, and these operate on 2 or 3 tracks, with panels independently sliding to open up more of your aperture to the outside.
Even better, with our system you can also add a 4th panel in a fixed position, so that you can open all the other 3 on their 3 tracks. This gives you 3/4 of your aperture width as a clear open space!

Sliding doors are a good way to make the most of a view, where you may not necessarily need to open up all of the panels. We generally find that sliding doors are more popular in larger expanses of ‘wall’ where the client is looking for uninterrupted views over their surroundings. Folding doors are more popular when space is at a premium, to make the outside link seamlessly with the inside! …. However, the choice is yours!
